We will refund fees pre-paid for any course (less an administration fee of $10) 

should the applicant not be able to attend the course.

If the applicant leaves the course for family matters or for other personal reasons, 

we simply reschedule to a suitable date for both parties. 

Do note that partially completed courses do not attract refunds.

Discounts are offered to students and staff of James Cook University and 

residents and staff of Cairns Student Lodge for the following first aid courses:
HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation and
HLTAID011 Provide First Aid (which includes CPR). 

To receive your discount, when paying in person at the shop, 
you will be required to provide evidence of your Student ID card / Resident ID Card.
Please present your card when making payment.
If you present your card after payment, we will be unable to provide a discount refund in retrospect.

If you book and pay online and use the discount code, you will be required to
provide evidence of your Student ID card / Resident ID Card when you arrive for your course.

If you are looking to book and pay online and do not know the discount code applicable to you, please either SMS, email or call us to receive the code,
if you are unable to locate the First Aid in Cairns poster located at the University or at the Lodge.
